Calvin Lynch has joined Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. as an associate in its business services practice group in the St. Louis office, according to the firm Tuesday.
Lynch advises clients on corporate tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and dissolution, and tax controversy, Greensfelder said.
He has represented clients before the IRS, Missouri Department of Revenue, and the Illinois Department of Revenue, according to the firm.
