Andrew Woods has joined Hahn Loeser & Parks as a partner in the trusts and estates practice area in Naples, Fla., the firm announced Wednesday.
Woods focuses on estate planning, including wealth transfers and representation of fiduciaries with the administration of estates and trusts, Hahn Loeser said.
He advises business owners in ownership structuring, business succession planning, mergers and acquisition transactions, and general corporate matters, said the firm.
