Hill Ward Henderson Adds Gabby Lozano to Corporate Tax Group

Gabby Lozano joined Hill Ward Henderson as a partner in its corporate and tax group, the firm announced Thursday.

Lozano works with lenders and borrowers to structure, document, and negotiate a wide range of commercial finance transactions. She focuses on securities and capital markets, fund formation, investment management, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, the firm said.
