Nicola Lemay has joined Hogan Lovells as a partner in the corporate and finance practice in the Boston office, the firm said Monday.
Lemay, who joins from Foley Hoag, advises clients on corporate and partnership tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising and deployment strategies, Hogan Lovells said.
She also has experience aiding domestic and non-US companies on tax matters related to the formation of US-based operations, said the firm.
