Hogan Lovells has added Jessica Millett as a partner in the corporate and finance practice group in New York, according to the firm Tuesday.
Millett was chair of the tax practice at Duval & Stachenfeld. She focuses on US tax issues involving complex real estate transactions, the firm said.
“I was attracted by the firm’s predominant REIT and real estate practice, and I am eager to bring my extensive experience with Qualified Opportunity Fund structures to Hogan Lovells to grow that practice on a larger platform,” Millett said.
