Holland & Knight LLP has added Logan Gans as a member of the private wealth services group in Miami, the firm said Tuesday.
Gans advises clients on opportunity zone planning, expatriation matters, 1031 exchanges, partnership tax planning, tax compliance, and tax controversy matters, according to Holland and Knight.
Gans was previously a partner with Shutts & Bowen LLP.
