Elizabeth Young has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its tax credit syndication group in the Washington, D.C. office, the firm said Monday.
Young represents clients in state and federal tax matters, including corporate and pass-through entity structuring, family-owned business structuring, and transactional tax planning, according to Holland & Knight.
She previously served as a partner at Nixon Peabody.
