Eduardo Arista has joined Holland & Knight LLP as a partner in the private wealth services team in Miami, the law firm announced Wednesday.
Arista provides tax, corporate, and estate planning for domestic and international private clients and closely held businesses, according to the firm.
He was also the principal of Arista Law & Tax joining the firm, Holland & Knight said.
