Thomas Geraghty joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its tax, executive compensation, and benefits practice group in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.
Geraghty advises clients on the structuring and tax aspects of complex domestic and cross-border business transactions. His practice spans joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, equity investments, digital asset transactions, and debt issuances, and he represents clients ranging from small and midmarket private funds to startups and operating companies, the firm said.
He joins from Vedder.
