Jonathan Blum has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in the nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations team in Dallas, Texas, the firm said Thursday.
Blum, who joins from Polsinelli PC, advises nonprofit organizations on issues affecting charities, foundations, trade and professional associations and advocacy groups, according to Holland & Knight.
He has served as in-house general counsel for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and Morton H. Meyerson Family Foundation, said the firm.
