Yasmin Nelson has joined Holland & Knight as a senior policy adviser in the public policy and regulation group in Washington, D.C., the firm said Wednesday.
Nelson has served as a partner and senior principal at Bracewell LLP, on the US Senate Finance Committee under ranking member Sen. Ron Wyden, and in the offices of Sens. Debbie Stabenow and Cory Booker, according to Holland & Knight.
She also worked as a senior policy adviser for then-US Sen. Kamala Harris, where she supported Harris’ efforts to propose policies that would reform the tax code, Holland & Knight said.
