Mark Miller has joined the tax, executive compensation, and benefits practice at Holland & Knight as a partner in Nashville, the firm said Tuesday.
Miller focuses on the structuring of corporate, partnership, and limited liability company transactions, according to Holland & Knight. He counsels health-care companies, hospitals, and physicians on tax issues
He was previously a partner at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings.
