Holland & Knight Recruits Private Wealth Services Partner Kern

Larry Kern has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in the private wealth services group in Chicago, the firm said Monday.

Kern focuses his practice on tax and estate planning matters for high-net-worth individuals and families, closely held business owners, private equity and hedge fund principals, and charitable organizations. He also has substantial experience with estate and trust administration matters, according to the announcement

Also joining Holland & Knight are associates Jared Dodd and Norbert Isaacs. All three came from Greenberg Traurig.
