Robert Rizzi has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its tax, executive compensation, and benefits practice in Washington, D.C., the firm said Tuesday.
Rizzi, who was a partner at Steptoe & Johnson, represents presidential appointees through the vetting process, according to Holland & Knight.
He also deals with the federal and state income tax aspects of corporate and partnership business transactions, advising domestic and multinational businesses, Holland & Knight said.
