Justin Cohen has been promoted to counsel at Hughes Hubbard & Reed in the tax and employee benefits practice group, the firm said Friday.
Cohen centers his practice on the tax aspects of domestic and international mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs, securities offerings, and bankruptcy and financial restructurings, according to Hughes Hubbard & Reed.
He has experience with the tax aspects of cross-border investment structuring, private equity, and hedge fund formation, said the firm.
