Caitlin Podbielski has joined Ice Miller as a partner in the tax-exempt practice group in the Chicago office, according to the firm Monday.
Podbielski advises health systems and providers on corporate governance, state and federal tax exemption, third-party contract negotiation and enforcement, member and chapter disputes, and corporate transactions, according to Ice Miller.
Before joining Ice Miller, Podbielski was a partner at an international law firm, where she advised clients on state and federal privacy law compliance, enforcement, and breach response, the law firm said.
