The IRS and Security Summit partners are warning tax professionals about a new round of email schemes related to the tax filing season, the agency said Tuesday.
The Internal Revenue Service said it has observed “new client” scams where accounting groups and tax preparation firms are targeted with fake emails, according to the agency.
