Aaron Pinegar has joined Jackson Walker as a partner in the tax practice in Dallas, the firm said Wednesday.
Pinegar focuses his practice on federal income tax matters for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, financings, and restructurings, according to Jackson Walker.
He has represented clients in the energy, technology, e-commerce, telecommunications, and manufacturing industries Jackson Walker said.
