Five Jones Day attorneys took to the US Supreme Court lectern this term, making the DC-based giant the firm with the most arguments.
The firm, which has long invested in attracting former Supreme Court clerks, sent partners John Gore and C. Kevin Marshall to argue their first high court cases. Former US Solicitor General Noel Francisco and partners Hashim Mooppan and Traci Lovitt each argued once. All but Gore clerked for a Supreme Court justice.
