Rodrigo Gómez Ballina has been appointed the partner-in-charge of Jones Day’s Mexico City office, the firm said Monday.
He advises on Mexican federal and international taxation for M&A transactions, restructurings, and intellectual property licensing, according to Jones Day.
Gómez Ballina, who is a partner in the tax practice, also provides advice on defending tax disputes, Jones Day said.
He succeeds Manuel Romano, according to the firm.
