Jones Walker Brings on Tax Partner Branson to Atlanta Office

Zach Branson has joined Jones Walker as a partner in the tax practice group in the Atlanta office, the firm said Monday.

Branson focuses his practice on federal and state new markets tax credits and other tax-advantaged transactions, Jones Walker said.

His clients include institutional investors, project developers, lenders, community development entities, and nonprofit organizations, according to Jones Walker.
