Justin Wallace joined Shumaker as a partner and tax lead, the firm announced Tuesday.

Wallace advises clients on the tax consequences of corporate transactions, from formation and ownership structuring to sales and reorganizations.

His practice spans C and S corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships, and he structures and negotiates joint ventures and addresses tax and transactional issues in real estate investment matters, including projects in qualified opportunity zones, the firm said.
