Stuart Broadfoot has joined K&L Gates as a partner in the tax practice in Sydney, the firm said Tuesday.
Broadfoot most recently practiced at King & Wood Mallesons as a special counsel focusing on Australian and international corporate and finance tax advisory, transactional, and dispute matters, according to K&L Gates.
He covers cross-border and international tax issues for inbound and outbound investors, mergers and acquisitions, restructures, structured finance, and project finance and development, K&L Gates said.
