Katten Muchin Rosenman UK LLP has added partner Oliver Williams to its corporate practice in London, the firm said Monday.
Williams focuses on private equity, including acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings, according to Katten. He also advises on M&A, such as acquisitions and joint ventures.
Williams joins from PwC, where he led a legal team that dealt with Private Equity Portfolio and sponsor-backed transactions, the firm said. He also held the role of director and head of client relationships in the flexible legal resources group at DLA Piper, according to Katten.
