A five-attorney state and local tax team have joined Kilpatrick from HMB Legal after the two firms officially combined on March 1, according to a Monday news release.
Jordan Goodman, David Hughes, and Samantha Breslow join as partners, according to Kilpatrick. They represent clients in audit defense, litigation, and state and local tax compliance and planning.
Associates Kylan Memminger and Jeff Svehla also join.
