Tax lawyer Elie Zolty will join Kirkland & Ellis as a partner, the firm said Friday.
Zolty focuses on tax matters related to investment fund formation, general partner stakes, general partner-led secondary transactions, and continuation funds, according to Kirkland. His experience includes private equity and credit funds.
He practiced as a partner at Schulte Roth & Zabel.
