David Levy and Brian Senie will join Kirkland & Ellis as partners, the firm said Tuesday.
Levy advises clients on tax issues that arise from transactions and investments related to real estate. He represents private equity and hedge fund sponsors, business owners, and financial advisors, according to Kirkland & Ellis.
Senie counsels clients on tax issues that derive from real estate transactions and related transactions involving partnerships, REITs, and qualified opportunity zone funds, said the firm.
They join from Weil Gotshal.
