KPMG UK Makes Senior Promotions to Deal Advisory Leadership Team

KPMG UK has appointed Jonathan Boyers to vice chair of the firm and executive chair of corporate finance while Rob Baxter assumes Boyers’ previous role of head of corporate finance, the firm said Tuesday.

Boyers led KMPG’s UK corporate finance practice from 2017 to 2022. He will focus on the firms inorganic growth in his new position, the firm said.

Baxter will continue to lead the UK firm’s consumer goods and retail and mergers & acquisitions team in addition to his new role. He has experience in debt advisory and corporate development, KPMG UK said.
