Marcus Schmidbauer has joined Kramer Levin as a tax partner in the Paris office, the firm said Monday.
Schmidbauer advises private clients and managers on profit-sharing instruments; asset structuring and estate planning; and on tax aspects relating to financing, capital markets, and real estate, according to Kramer Levin.
His practice focuses on the technology, defense, life sciences, and automotive sectors, said the firm.
