Ebonie Davis has joined Lathrop GPM as counsel in the real estate and tax credit practice group in Kansas City, Mo., the firm said Wednesday.
She represents clients in real estate transactions and advises on M&A matters, according to Lathrop GPM.
Davis was previously an attorney for the US Department of Agriculture where she advised federal agencies on multifamily housing loans, community facilities loans, and water and sewage projects, said the firm.
