Carrie Keller has joined Lathrop GPM as counsel in the real estate and tax credit practice group in St. Louis, the firm announced Thursday.
Keller leads all aspects of real estate transactions, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and corporate finance for manufacturing, construction, and service-based businesses, said Lathrop GPM.
She previously served as general counsel for a construction company, where she offered direction on all legal matters regarding the operating risks of the company, the firm said.
