Caroline Cao has joined Lewis Brisbois as a partner in its corporate, Chinese business, and litigation as well as real estate and land use practices in Sacramento and San Francisco, Calif., according to a news release.
Cao focuses on managing securities and corporate finance, cross-border transactions, and real estate matters, Lewis Brisbois said.
She was most recently the general counsel for a multibillion dollar company, according to the firm.
