Lewis Roca Recruits Partner to Denver Business Transactions Team

Katie Gerber has joined Lewis Roca as a partner and member of the business transactions practice group in Denver, the firm said Tuesday.

Gerber focuses on tax matters applicable to C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and disregarded entities, according to Lewis Roca.

She also works on the tax implications of commercial transactions as well as analyzes and drafts tax-related provisions in transactional documents, Lewis Roca said.
