Linklaters Appoints Rosenberg as New Global Practice Head for Tax

Oliver Rosenberg, a partner in Linklaters’ Düsseldorf office, will be the firm’s new global head of tax, according to the firm Monday.

Rosenberg succeeds Dick Hofland, who had been in the role for the past five years. Rosenberg has led the firm’s German tax practice since 2019 and is a member of the German Executive Team. He has advised on M&A transactions, complex cross-border tax structuring and planning, and domestic and international tax disputes.
