Linklaters Promotes Michelle Lo to Tax Counsel in New York

Tax attorney Michelle Lo has been promoted to counsel at Linklaters LLP office in New York, according to the law firm.

Lo, who was a manager at EY, focuses on international and corporate tax matters, advising on the tax aspects of private equity investments, bankruptcy restructurings, debt and equity offerings, and financing transactions, and non-U.S. investors seeking to invest in U.S. funds, according to Linklaters.

She will continue to help develop the U.S. tax practice to cover the multi-jurisdictional needs of a diverse client base, the law firm said.
