Michael Rodgers has joined Linklaters as a partner in the energy and infrastructure and tax practices in Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.
Rodgers, who previously practiced at White & Case, executes energy transition and renewables transactions, according to Linklaters.
He has experience structuring, planning, and negotiating infrastructure and renewable energy transactions with a particular focus on flip partnership structures, repowering transactions, and the qualification of projects for federal income tax credits, said the firm.
