Lockton Brings On Two Senior VPs to Transaction Liability Team

Drew Hermiller and Eileen Kuo have joined Lockton as senior vice presidents in the transaction liability team with a focus on tax insurance, the firm said Monday.

Hermiller, who served as a senior tax attorney at Hunton Andrews Kurth, advises on tax matters such as renewable energy credit transactions, according to Lockton.

Kuo also advises on complex tax matters, and she joins from Milbank, where she served as as a senior tax attorney, Lockton said. She also structured tax-efficient solutions for cross-border and domestic transactions while with the transactional tax practice of Paul Hastings.
