Majmudar Joins Mayer Brown Tax Practice as Partner in Washington

Sonal Majmudar has joined Mayer Brown’s tax practice as a partner in Washington, the firm said Monday.

Majmudar formerly held the role of international tax counsel with the Internal Revenue Service, according to Mayer Brown.

She will focus on transfer pricing matters and resolving double tax cases through the mutual agreement procedure of bilateral tax treaties, Mayer Brown said.
