Marcum has entered into a merger with the Massachusetts-based firm, Powers & Sullivan, effective Feb. 1, the firm said Monday.
The merger strengthens Marcum’s government industry practice in New England, according to Marcum. Powers & Sullivan provides accounting, auditing, and management consulting services.
Powers & Sullivan brings four partners and 26 associates, Marcum said.
