Mayer Brown Brings on Sam Riesenberg to Tax Practice in London

Sam Riesenberg has joined Mayer Brown as a partner with the tax practice in London, the firm said Tuesday.

Riesenberg will advise on asset management and fund matters across the US, Europe, and the Middle East, according to Mayer Brown. His experience includes private credit, private equity, M&A, fund formation, infrastructure funds, investment structuring, and tax issues.

He joins from the Washington national tax practice of KPMG.
