Katherine Sharp has joined Mazars as a partner in the tax practice in the Dallas office, the firm said Monday.
Sharp has led advisory teams in service of individuals, family offices, and businesses, according to Mazars.
She has also assisted multi-state compliance on income and franchise tax initiatives, and cross-border tax planning, said the firm.
