Karine Philippon has been appointed Mazars’ office managing partner in Los Angeles, the firm announced Wednesday.
Philippon, who succeeds Jessica Cluzeau, will grow the Mazars’ California practice and lead the technology, media, and telecom sectors, Mazars said. She began as an Audit Staff with Mazars in 2004 before transferring to a US affiliate in 2008, according to the firm.
“As a firm with a sharp focus on career development, Karine has a proven track record of developing talent, and we are particularly thrilled that she has earned this promotion within Mazars in the US,” US Chairman and CEO Victor Wahba said in the announcement.
