Mike Dolson has joined McCarthy Tétrault as a partner in its national tax group in Toronto, the firm said Tuesday.
Dolson advises public corporations, First Nations, and public sector entities on domestic and international tax planning matters dealing with real estate, health care, technology, and manufacturing, according to McCarthy Tétrault.
He also advises high-net-worth clients on the tax aspects of estate planning, McCarthy Tétrault said.
