Diego Avolio has been named a partner with the tax practice of McDermott Will & Emery in Milan, according to a news release.
Avolio focuses on international tax mandates, counseling on international transfer pricing and the establishment and management of joint stock companies, the firm said.
He has also assisted with audits, agreements with tax authorities on transfer pricing and patent boxes, and in tax consulting and litigation, according to McDermott.
