Frank Jackson has joined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner with the tax practice group in New York, the firm said Thursday.
Jackson served as a trial and national tax shelter project lawyer for the IRS. He represents multi-national businesses, non-profits, estates, and high global wealth individuals in tax disputes, according to McDermott.
He has served as representation during tax examinations, administrative appeals, and litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts as well as before the IRS Collection Division and deals with fraud allegations, the firm said.
