Jason Faust has joined McDonald Hopkins as counsel in the tax and benefits practice group in Chicago, the firm said Wednesday.
Faust advises on the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, qualified defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans, and executive compensation matters, according to McDonald Hopkins.
His practice also focuses on health and welfare plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, HIPAA compliance, and Internal Revenue Code compliance.
