Justin M. Piccione has joined McLaughlin & Stern as a partner, and Diana Chen has been promoted to partner with the trusts and estates practice in New York, according to a Thursday news release.
Piccione represents clients in contested accounting proceedings, discovery and turnover proceedings, removal proceedings, and disputes related to the spousal right of election, McLaughlin & Stern said.
Chen previously served as counsel in the T&E department, focusing on advising high-net-worth individuals and multi-generation families on estate planning, wealth transfer planning, and charitable giving, according to McLaughlin & Stern.
