Daniel Borchert has been promoted to tax partner in the Denver office of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, the firm announced Monday.
Borchert works on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and leveraged buyouts, investment funds, private equity investments, securities offerings, representation and warranty insurance products, and tax controversies, the firm said.
The firm also made seven other promotions across its various practice groups, according to the news release.
