Jeffrey Golds has joined Miller Canfield as part of the corporate and transactions group in Chicago, the firm said Wednesday.
Golds focuses on state and federal tax credit issues, corporate formations and restructurings, complex real estate projects, and cross-border acquisitions and restructurings, according to Miller Canfield.
He served as a manager of the national tax department at EY and as a manager at FGMK.
