Perry Kiefer joined Miller Thomson as a partner in its corporate tax group in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, the firm announced Monday.

Kiefer provides advice on corporate tax planning, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning. His practice focuses on owner-managed and agricultural enterprises, where he supports clients in structuring their affairs to achieve tax efficiency and long-term planning objectives, the firm said.
